Refund Eligibility:<\/h3>

To qualify for a refund, the following condition must be met:<\/p>

    To successfully process your refund request, please include the following details in your email (we will not process refunds without this information):<\/p>

    • Details of the fabric you are requesting a refund for (entire order or specific items):<\/p>

      • Item Name<\/p><\/li>

      • Colour Name or Number<\/p><\/li>

      • Quantity<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>

        Shipping Costs for Returns:<\/h3>

        • The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost when sending items back to us.<\/p><\/li>

        • To help you save on shipping, you may return the items directly at our COSMO store during opening hours (no shipping fee applies).<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

          Condition of Returned Items:<\/h3>

              • Items must be unused, uncut, unwashed, and in original condition.<\/p><\/li>
