mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-bidi; mso-ansi-language: EN-GB; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA;\">To place an order, in addition to the requirements mentioned above, an active email account is required.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-07532d0 color-scheme-inherit text-left elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"07532d0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\"><b>4 SHOPPING IN THE STORE<\/b><\/span><\/p><ul style=\"margin-top: 0in;\" type=\"disc\"><li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">The prices of products in the Store are gross prices (final prices including VAT).<\/span><\/li><li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">The total order price consists of the product price (including VAT) and the delivery costs, as indicated in the Store.<\/span><\/li><li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">The Buyer selects a product, adds it to the cart, chooses the delivery and payment methods, and provides the necessary information for order processing.<\/span><\/li><li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">The order is placed when the Buyer confirms its content and accepts the Regulations.<\/span><\/li><li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Placing an order is equivalent to concluding a sales contract between the Buyer and the Seller.<\/span><\/li><li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">The Seller will provide the Privileged Buyer with a confirmation of the sales contract on a durable medium at the latest when the goods are delivered.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-bidi; mso-ansi-language: EN-GB; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA;\">The Buyer agrees to receive electronic invoices from the Seller but may withdraw this consent.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6ab709d color-scheme-inherit text-left elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6ab709d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\"><b>6 ORDER PROCESSING<\/b><\/span><\/p><ul style=\"margin-top: 0in;\" type=\"disc\"><li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">The Seller ensures the delivery of goods free from defects.<\/span><\/li><li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Order processing takes 1-2 business days.<\/span><\/li><li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">If the Buyer selects an advance payment, order processing begins upon receipt of payment.<\/span><\/li><li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Deliveries are available in Poland and other EU countries.<\/span><\/li><li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Available delivery methods:<\/span><br \/><ul style=\"margin-top: 0in;\" type=\"circle\"><li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Courier service<\/span><\/li><li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">InPost parcel lockers<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-bidi; mso-ansi-language: EN-GB; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA;\">Personal pickup at the Pickup Point during working hours<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-71d5353 color-scheme-inherit text-left elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"71d5353\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\"><b>7 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"margin-top: 0in;\" type=\"disc\">\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">The Privileged Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without providing any reason, except for the exceptions listed in \u00a78.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">The withdrawal period starts from the day the Buyer or an authorized third party receives the goods.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller using the contact details in \u00a72. This can be done via mail or email. The provided sample withdrawal form is optional.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Returns:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol style=\"margin-top: 0in;\" start=\"1\" type=\"1\">\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Damaged, cut, used, or visibly worn materials will not be accepted.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">If the return is due to Fashiontree&#8217;s fault, return shipping costs will be covered by the Seller. Otherwise, the Buyer bears the return shipping costs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Custom-printed fabric orders (with approved samples and contracts) can only be returned in case of printing errors.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Effects of Withdrawal:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"margin-top: 0in;\" type=\"disc\">\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">The Seller refunds all payments, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days from the withdrawal notice.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Refunds are issued via the same payment method unless otherwise agreed.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">The Seller may withhold the refund until receiving the returned goods.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">The Buyer must return the goods within 14 days of notifying the withdrawal.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9807e90 color-scheme-inherit text-left elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9807e90\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\"><b>8 EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts concerning:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"margin-top: 0in;\" type=\"disc\">\n \t<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Custom-made or personalized goods.<\/span><\/li>\n \t<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Perishable or short-shelf-life goods.<\/span><\/li>\n \t<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Sealed goods that cannot be returned once opened due to health\/hygiene reasons.<\/span><\/li>\n \t<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Items that are irreversibly mixed with other goods.<\/span><\/li>\n \t<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Sealed audio\/video recordings or software if unsealed.<\/span><\/li>\n \t<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Newspapers, periodicals, or magazines (except subscriptions).<\/span><\/li>\n \t<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Financial market-dependent prices beyond the Seller\u2019s control.<\/span><\/li>\n \t<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Digital content delivered without a physical medium if the Buyer consented before the withdrawal period expired.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2d19578 color-scheme-inherit text-left elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2d19578\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><strong><span lang=\"EN-GB\">9 COMPLAINTS<\/span><\/strong><\/p><ol><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ol data-start=\"130\" data-end=\"995\"><li data-start=\"130\" data-end=\"247\"><p data-start=\"133\" data-end=\"247\">The Buyer may file a complaint under the statutory warranty (r\u0119kojmia) or the product guarantee (if applicable).<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"248\" data-end=\"325\"><p data-start=\"251\" data-end=\"325\">Complaints should be submitted using the contact details provided in \u00a72.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"326\" data-end=\"497\"><p data-start=\"329\" data-end=\"497\">If necessary, the Buyer must return the defective product. If the complaint is accepted, the Seller will provide a refund or replacement. For Consumers and Privileged Entrepreneurs, the Seller will also cover the return shipping costs.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"498\" data-end=\"567\"><p data-start=\"501\" data-end=\"567\">Complaints are processed within 14 calendar days of receipt.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"568\" data-end=\"995\"><p data-start=\"571\" data-end=\"722\">Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR):<br data-start=\"612\" data-end=\"615\" \/>If a complaint cannot be resolved directly, Consumers may seek alternative dispute resolution through:<\/p><ul data-start=\"726\" data-end=\"995\"><li data-start=\"726\" data-end=\"784\"><p data-start=\"728\" data-end=\"784\">Mediation conducted by the Trade Inspection Authority,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"788\" data-end=\"820\"><p data-start=\"790\" data-end=\"820\">Consumer Arbitration Courts,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"824\" data-end=\"853\"><p data-start=\"826\" data-end=\"853\">Local Consumer Ombudsmen,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"857\" data-end=\"995\"><p data-start=\"859\" data-end=\"995\">The EU\u2019s Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR): <a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/consumers\/odr\/main\/\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"910\" data-end=\"994\">https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/consumers\/odr\/main\/<\/a>.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3de9ab1 color-scheme-inherit text-left elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3de9ab1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\"><b>10 PERSONAL DATA<\/b><\/span><\/p><ul style=\"margin-top: 0in;\" type=\"disc\"><li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">The Seller is the data controller for personal data provided by the Buyer.<\/span><\/li><li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Detailed data processing policies are outlined in the Store\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/fashiontree.pl\/test1\/en\/privacy-policy\/\"><strong>Privacy Policy<\/strong><\/a>.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;
