Yes. Our physical showroom, COSMO, and warehouse are located in Rzgów, near Łódź. All products available on Fashiontree.pl are stocked at this location and can be viewed in person at COSMO. You can also purchase or collect your order directly from us.
Each fabric listing includes details on composition, weight, width, and recommended uses. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact our customer support team for guidance.
Each colour swatch on the sample card has a colour number written next to it.
To find a specific colour, enter the fabric code followed by the colour number into the website search bar.
For example, if the fabric code is CLC-2556 and the colour number is 5, search for:
CLC-2556-5
You will be taken directly to the product page for that colour.
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
1. Contact us by email
Email us at sklep@fashiontree.pl using the same email address you used to place your order.
Please use Return – [Order Number] as the subject line.
2. Provide the following details:
- Order number
- Product name
- Design number (if applicable)
- Colour name or number
- Quantity you wish to return
- Reason for the return
3. Receive your return instructions
Once we receive your request, we will send you the appropriate instructions for returning your order.
4. Send your return
If you are returning a product because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong product, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
If you received an incorrect or defective product, Fashiontree will cover the return shipping cost.
You may also return products directly to our COSMO store during opening hours, with no return shipping cost.
5. Refund
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product. If it meets our refund conditions, the applicable amount will be refunded using your original payment method.
Fabrics that have been cut, washed, used or otherwise altered after delivery are not eligible for a refund.
