We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Fashiontree. If you wish to return an eligible product, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

• The return must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
• The fabric must be unused, uncut, unwashed and in its original condition.
• Products that have been cut, washed, used or otherwise altered after delivery are not eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us by email and provide:

• The email address used to place the order
• Your order number
• The name of the product(s) you wish to return
• Design number (if applicable)
• Colour name or number
• Quantity being returned
• The reason for the return

Please contact us before sending your return so that we can provide you with the appropriate return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

If you are returning a product because you changed your mind, selected the wrong product or no longer require the item, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

If you received an incorrect or defective product, Fashiontree will cover the return shipping cost. Please contact us before returning the product so that we can arrange the appropriate return method.

You may also return products directly to our COSMO store during opening hours, in which case no return shipping fee applies.

Incorrect or Defective Products

If you believe that you have received an incorrect or defective product, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number together with details of the issue.

We may ask you to provide photographs or other information to help us verify the issue and arrange the appropriate solution.

If the product is confirmed to be incorrect or defective, Fashiontree will cover the cost of returning it.

Refunds

Once your returned product has been received, we will inspect it to confirm whether it meets the refund conditions stated above.

If the return is eligible for a refund, the applicable amount will be refunded using the original payment method.

Fabrics that have been cut, washed, used or otherwise altered after delivery are not eligible for a refund.

The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

Please check your fabric carefully after receiving it and before cutting, washing or otherwise altering it.

If you believe there is a defect, colour or product error, or another issue with the fabric, please contact us before cutting, washing or using it.

Cutting, washing, using or altering the fabric after delivery may affect your eligibility for a refund.
