At FashionTree.pl, we’ve tailored our shipping process to suit the nature of our fabric products—accounting for both volume and packaging needs. Below is everything you need to know about how we calculate shipping costs, what options are available, and how your order is delivered.

🌍 Where We Ship
We currently ship within Poland only. All available delivery options will appear during checkout based on your order contents.

🚚 Shipping Methods
Shipping costs and available delivery options depend on the type of fabric (Summer, Winter, or All Year) and the quantity ordered. These factors determine the packaging method and whether Parcel Locker or Courier delivery is available.

1. 📦 Shipping Pricing by Fabric Type and Quantity

• Summer Fabrics:

  • 1–10 meters:
      ▫ Parcel Locker – 14 PLN
      ▫ Courier – 18 PLN

• Winter Fabrics:

  • 1–5 meters:
      ▫ Parcel Locker – 14 PLN
      ▫ Courier – 18 PLN
  • 6–10 meters:
      ▫ Courier only – 21 PLN

• All Year Fabrics:
Some fabrics are classified as All Year. Based on GSM (weight), they follow
either Summer or Winter pricing:

    • Lower GSM → Summer pricing
    • Higher GSM → Winter pricing

2. 🛍️ How Shipping Works with InPost

We’ve integrated our store with InPost to offer flexible delivery options based on order size and fabric type:

• Parcel Lockers:

  • Available for:
    ▫ 1–10 meters of Summer fabrics
    ▫ 1–5 meters of Winter fabrics
  • Not available for:
    ▫ 6–10 meters of Winter fabrics
    ▫ Any order above 10 meters

• Courier Service:

  • Available for:
    ▫ All quantities of Summer fabrics
    ▫ 1–10 meters of Winter fabrics (mandatory for 6–10)
    ▫ All orders above 10 meters

All Year fabrics follow these same rules based on their GSM classification.

🔄 Shipping Cost Calculation for Mixed Orders

For orders exceeding 10 meters in total, shipping costs are calculated per fabric type and per quantity bracket, not as a flat fee.

Examples:

  • 6 meters Summer + 5 meters Winter
         ➡ Summer: Courier – 18 PLN
         ➡ Winter: Courier – 18 PLN
         ➡ Total shipping: 36 PLN
  • 6 meters Summer + 6 meters Winter
         ➡ Summer: Courier – 18 PLN
         ➡ Winter: Courier – 21 PLN
         ➡ Total shipping: 39 PLN

This ensures accurate pricing based on packaging needs and fabric characteristics.

3. 💳 Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders over 250 PLN.

  • Automatically applied at checkout
  • Courier or Store Pick Up Available only 

📦 Packaging Details
• Mailer Packaging: Used for smaller orders (typically up to 10 meters).
• Carton Boxes: Used for bulkier fabrics or quantities over 5 meters of Winter materials.
• All Year fabrics are packed appropriately based on GSM, which determines packaging needs.

Packaging is selected automatically based on what is needed to protect your items and comply with delivery service size limits.

📅 Delivery Times
Domestic Orders (Poland): Estimated delivery time is 1–2 business days after dispatch.
Please allow some flexibility during peak seasons or for rural delivery addresses.

🔍 Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your shipment via the InPost tracking portal.
