Each fabric listing includes details on composition, weight, width, and recommended uses. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact our customer support team for guidance.
Some fabrics are limited edition, while others may be restocked. Contact us to check availability.

Ordering & Payment
Simply browse our collection, select the fabric you want, choose the quantity, and proceed to checkout.
Contact us, and we will guide you through the process of requesting free samples.
At checkout, there will be a section to enter your coupon code. Apply it, and the discount will be reflected in your total.
Each sample has a fabric code printed on it. While this code is not displayed on the front end of our website, you can simply type the fabric code into the website’s search bar to find the product.
When you receive a sample, the number written next to each color swatch is the color number. This number appears after the fabric code (e.g., CLC-2448-3, where ‘3’ is the color number). To find the color on the website, go to the product page, select a color option, and add it to the cart — the color number will be visible in the cart.

While we aim for consistency across all our products, slight variations in color can occur when an item is restocked. These differences are typically due to natural variations in dye lots or changes in fabric batches during the production process. Such variations are standard in the textile industry and do not affect the quality of the product. This is also why you may notice a different SKU for what appears to be the same item — it helps us track different production batches and ensure accurate inventory management.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs, delivery methods, and packaging depend on the type and quantity of fabric ordered. Delivery timeframes are also indicated at checkout. Free shipping is available for orders above 250 PLN. For full details, visit our Shipping Policy page.
Yes, once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Yes! Wholesale purchases can be made through our partner brand, COSMO International.
We are still working on international shipment options via the online store. However, if you would like to order fabrics internationally, please contact us directly.

How to Return Your Order (Within 14 Days of receiving the order):
- Send an Email:
Email us at sklep@fashiontree.pl using the same email address you used to place your order. - Email Subject:
Write Return – [Order Number] in the subject line. - Provide Details:
- Specify which items you want to return (e.g., item name, code, and colour).
- Even if returning one item, please provide all details.
- Return Options:
- Courier: You can send the return using your preferred courier (at your cost) to the address written in Store Regulations
- In-Store Return: To save on shipping, you may return your items directly at our COSMO store during opening hours.
- Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will issue a refund via online transfer.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, uncut, and in their original condition.
- We cannot accept returns for fabrics that have been cut, washed, or otherwise altered.
Defective Products (Complaints):
If your order arrives defective or damaged, this is handled under our Complaints Procedure, as required by Polish consumer law.
