Packaging is prepared by our internal team based on fabric quantity and its weight. Delivery methods are selected by the customer at checkout, depending on availability for the given destination.

Shipping conditions depend on whether your order qualifies as:

  • Retail (1–5 meters per individual product)

  • Wholesale (6, 12, or 20 meters per individual product)

If your cart contains any wholesale quantity (6 meters or more of a single product), wholesale shipping rules apply to the entire order.

Delivery options:

  • InPost Parcel Locker – 14 PLN

  • InPost Courier – 18 PLN

  • Store Pick Up – Free

Free shipping:

  • Starting from 250 PLN

  • Applies to courier delivery only

  • Automatically applied at checkout

🇪🇺 European Union & 🇺🇸 United States

Delivery method:

  • Courier

    • DPD (EU)
    • UPS (USA)

Shipping costs:

  • Calculated based on destination country and total quantity ordered

Wholesale shipping terms differ due to fabric quantity and its weight.

Delivery options:

  • InPost Courier – 22 PLN

  • Store Pick Up – Free

Parcel locker delivery is not available.

📦 Packaging Details

Retail Orders (1–5 meters):

  • Supplied in coupon format

  • Packaging prepared based on fabric quantity and weight

Wholesale Orders (6, 12, 20 meters):

  • Supplied on a fabric bolt

  • Folded using a double-fold method

📅 Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

Poland:
Typically 1–2 business days after dispatch.

European Union & United States:
Delivery times depend on destination and carrier.

Please allow additional time during peak seasons or for remote delivery areas.

🔍 Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.

You may track your shipment directly via the carrier’s tracking system.

🏬 Store Pick Up

Store Pick Up is available for both retail and wholesale orders.

Orders can be collected from our store address listed on the Contact Us page. You will be notified once your order is ready for collection.
