Shipping Costs for Returns:
The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost when sending items back to us.
To help you save on shipping, you may return the items directly at our COSMO store during opening hours (no shipping fee applies).
Condition of Returned Items:
Items must be unused, uncut, unwashed, and in original condition.
We do not accept returns for fabrics that have been cut, washed, or altered after delivery.
