Refund Eligibility:

  • The request is made within 14 days of receiving the order.

To successfully process your refund request, please include the following details in your email (we will not process refunds without this information):

  • The same e-mail address used to place the order.

  • Order Number (in the subject line or body of the email).

  • Details of the fabric you are requesting a refund for (entire order or specific items):

    • Item Name

    • Colour Name or Number

    • Quantity

Shipping Costs for Returns:

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost when sending items back to us.

  • To help you save on shipping, you may return the items directly at our COSMO store during opening hours (no shipping fee applies).

Condition of Returned Items:

      • Items must be unused, uncut, unwashed, and in original condition.

      • We do not accept returns for fabrics that have been cut, washed, or altered after delivery.
