While we aim for consistency across all our products, slight variations in color can occur when an item is restocked. These differences are typically due to natural variations in dye lots or changes in fabric batches during the production process. Such variations are standard in the textile industry and do not affect the quality of the product. This is also why you may notice a different SKU for what appears to be the same item — it helps us track different production batches and ensure accurate inventory management.

Returns & Refunds

In order to return your goods, you must do the following:
Scenario 1: Before 14 Days
- Send an e-mail to sklep@fashiontree.pl using the same e-mail you used to place the order and write the following
- Subject of e-mail: Return ‘Order Number’
- State the details of the return you would like. For example, if you ordered two items but just want to return one item, please specify the item name, code and colour. To do this even when it is just one item
- The address you would like for us to pick it up from (if it is same just state this)
- We will arrange the courier and send you the return label. Once you receive this, please prepare the fabric in a package, and then stick on the label.
- The courier will pick up your package and once we receive the goods, we will issue the refund via online transfer
Scenario 2: Defective Product
- Send an e-mail to sklep@fashiontree.pl using the same e-mail you used to place the order and write the following
- Subject of e-mail: Return ‘Order Number’
- State the details of the return you would like. For example, if you ordered two items but just want to return one item, please specify the item name, code and colour. To do this even when it is just one item
- The address you would like for us to pick it up from (if it is same just state this)
- Photographic evidence of the defect
- Once we confirm that the defect is valid then we will ask you to dispose of the fabric and will issue you a refund via online transfer
